Form W-4: Additional amount

When filling out the W-4 information specifically the additional amount in your Online Payroll, use the amount found in item no. 6 from the employee's completed form W-4. This amount is an additional income tax to be withheld from each employee's paycheck.

Per the IRS guidelines, if an employer does not have a completed Form W-4 from an employee, withhold their tax as single with no withholding allowances.

You can also specify a fixed amount of income tax to be withheld for an employee.
