Install Adobe Acrobat Reader 11.0

Adobe Reader Compatibility: Apple Safari

Acrobat Reader Compatibility: Google Chrome
Google Chrome no longer supports the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. See the "Print Sales Forms: Google Chrome" section in this help article to troubleshoot printing alignment if you're using Chrome.
Acrobat Reader Compatibility: Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Edge does not support the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. If you're having issues with printing alignment in Edge, try using another browser.
Acrobat Reader Compatibility: Mozilla Firefox
To use Adobe Acrobat Reader in Firefox:
- Select the menu icon on the toolbar.
- Select Options then Applications.
- Find Portable Document Format (PDF).
- Select the drop-down in the Action column, then choose Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox).
Print sales forms: Safari or Firefox
Follow these steps if you're using Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox to print sales forms:
- Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
- Open the transaction you need to print.
- Select Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview again.
- Select Print. This should open the Print window.
- Under Page Sizing and Handling, select Actual size.
- Select Choose paper source by PDF page size.
- Under Orientation, select Auto portrait/landscape.
- Select Print.
Print sales forms: Google Chrome
Follow these steps if you're using Google Chrome to print sales forms:
- Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
- Open the transaction you need to print.
- Select Print or Preview, then select Print or Preview again.
- Select Print. This should open the Print window.
- Select More settings.
- From the Paper size drop-down, select Letter.
- Uncheck Fit to page, then make sure scaling is set to 100.
- Select Print.
If the alignment is still off, make sure Google Chrome is up to date, and try clearing cache and cookies.
