Join nowTsheets is great for calculating overtime due to employees, but is there a way to have Tsheets automatically cut over to an overtime service item when a billable employee is clocking overtime hours?

If you are Integrated with QuickBooks you can use the Payroll Item Mapping Tool to adjust how the users are paid when tracking their time:
1. By Employee
2. By Customer/Service Item/Class
3. By Employee Selection
Here is a link that has step-by-step guides and videos for each option:
If you need anything else please don't hesitate to reach back out to us here at The Community :)

Hey @JasonB2, there are 2 things you need to make sure of, so you can see the Payroll Item Mapping Tool.
1st make sure you have Payroll Turned On in your QuickBooks account.
2nd in the QBO Integration Preferences there is a box you need to Check the Box for Use QuickBooks Online for Payroll
THen refresh your TSheets Desktop screen and see if it is there!
Check both of those and let me know if that works!
Ok I think I get it. I use Paychex for payroll. I do not use Quickbooks for payroll.
Does this mean I cannot access this feature?
@JasonB2, Ohhhh okay! That makes sense because you are not using the Payroll option within QuickBooks then you would not be able to use the Payroll Item Mapping Tool :(
If you are not already you can use the TSheets/Paychex Integration. It is 'processed' through a Flat File [ https://intuit.me/3ezNL8h ] where you can export a .csv file (just like an excel file) from TSheets and then upload it into Paychex, to get assistance with that you will have to reach out to Paychex for a Sample Flat File for your company and then reach out to our Support Team [ 888-836-2720 ] so they can assist you with getting that into your TSheets Account!
I hope this helps, and I am sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
