Billing

I have Tsheets and QBO. I need to create billable hours invoices in QBO by customer, not by employee. How do I do that?

I'm here to guide you on how to create billable hours.

 

We have to make sure that we set the TSheets' preferences to billable. That way, your employees can also mark their time as billable. You can follow these steps:

  1. From your TSheets accounts, select QuickBooks on the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click Preferences and tap the Billable option.
  3. Check the Require Billable Yes/No.

Then, it'll reflect automatically once you imported the data from TSheets to QuickBooks Online. All you have to do is approve the employee hours in QuickBooks.
