Good morning, @Pam H

Yes! You can. If you reach out to TSheets Support, they can assist you to lock this date range, so it will remain approved but will not export.

You can reference this article for help on contacting TSheets Support: Contact TSheets Support.

Please let me know if I can assist with anything further, I'm happy to help!

Good morning, @Pam H! Thank you for reaching out to the Community for help with your TSheets account. I'd love to give you some options to prevent time from exporting.

Time that's approved will always export into QuickBooks Online unless it's locked prior to exporting. One option you have is to go to the QuickBooks menu in the upper right-hand corner of your TSheets account. Click on Preferences and under the section titled, "Don't export timesheets prior to this date", you can enter in 1/12021. Here's an article explaining your options in Preferences: About QuickBooks integration preferences in TSheets.

Another option is to call or chat in to a TSheets agent and have them lock that December time. You can call 888-836-2720 or chat in from your account with the "Chat With Us" icon.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to reply to this post. All of us here in the Community are eager to help!
