PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO MAKE A PHONE CALL TO CANCEL. I have no issues with t sheets I no longer have employees. Stop charging my card this is my third attempt to cancel in writing.

Cant access my account for more than 60 days. Contacted Intuit today for assistance. After more than an hour on the phone and being escalated to someone who I shared my screen I still couldnt access the account. Requested cancellation. At 3:50pm was sent to someone else who couldnt cancel the acccount so I asked for a supervisor. As of this writing 7:48 p.m. no one has contacted me, however my credit card has been charged for piss poor service. Ive been with QB for nearly 16 yrs, since starting my business.
Intuit will lose QB account! I'll not proceed with FSM!!! And TSheets will be cancelled, if I have to cancel the credit card. Intuit cares NOT about their clients. They just want another income stream.
