Classic QuickBooks Time

When going to QB Time, I now have to select "Go to classic QuickBooks Time" to reach the version I have come to rely on. Does this mean the classic version is being phased out eventually? If so, when?

Classic QuickBooks Time

I know that being able to locate the classic QuickBooks Time when using your account is significant for you, and I'm here to help you achieve that.

Firstly, the option to switch to Go to classic QuickBooks Time can be done by navigating to the Time tab on the left navigational panel.

For visual reference, I've added a screenshot below:

However, if you can't still locate the classic QuickBooks Time, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. You can log in to your account using a private browser. This way, you can double-check the accurate setup of your settings.

You can use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you could locate the Go to classic QuickBooks Time option, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the cache data that's causing the issue. Though the problem can be caused by your browser itself, so you'll want to use other QuickBooks-supported browsers.

Furthermore, here's an article you can browse just in case you need assistance fixing sync log errors when you use QuickBooks Time: Fix an error when syncing hours between QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online.

I'll always be around if you require additional assistance managing tasks in your QuickBooks account. Let me know in the comments below so I can further back you up.
