Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help with your formatting. When you export reports, PDF settings take over. Currently, those may revert away from your company settings.
I certainly understand that this isn’t ideal for a printed report. My suggestion would be to submit a Feature Request to our development team. They look at all requests and use them for updates to future releases. Here’s how:
When logged in to QuickBooks Time:
Select the (?).
Click on Suggest an idea.
Enter your request and Submit Idea.
