Deleted and unassigned shift quickbook from desktop

The schedule shift is unassigned and is in grey with no information but will not allow me to edit or delete that shift.

Hello @rfeggeler.

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help with getting your schedules assigned. Sometimes things can get stuck when refreshing.

 

Let’s try clearing your cache and cookies, then refresh.  This will move things along and open up the schedules.

 

If for some reason you are still unable to assign or delete the schedule, let me know. We can work together to determine what our next steps will be.

Deleted and unassigned shift quickbook from desktop

it isn't popping up for edit under unassigned and it won't let me post until I fix the unassigned shift

To clarify, have you tried clearing the cache and cookies as mentioned by colleague Monica above? If you have and you're continuing to have issues, would you mind providing a screenshot? This way, I can take a more in-depth look at what's going on and assist further.

Hi, I am having the same problem and have refreshed, restarted, cleared cookies and caches with no luck. I have attached a shot of the unassigned block on  my schedule

Thanks for joining this thread and for trying the troubleshooting steps mentioned above. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction so the block will stay assigned in QuickBooks Time.

 

Since the steps mentioned didn't do the trick, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Time Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools to take a closer look to determine what's causing the shift to become unassigned.
