Disable two-step authentication for TSheets

I tried everything suggested in articles here about disabling two-step authentication.

Every time I log into TSheets it asks for a code sent to my email.

Same computer ip address etc.

How do I disable this.

I want to log into TSheets as the administrator more easily.

We also use QB Online.

Thank you

Disable two-step authentication for TSheets

Hi myramillwork,

Currently, we're having an open investigation related to two-factor authentication and being asked to log in more often than usual. Please know that our product team is making it their new priority to ensure this that problem won't happen again.

We were able to identify the reason for the issue and will be working to safeguard it from a similar snag in the future so you can feel confident using our software moving forward. For now, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team so you'll be added to our notification list.

You can connect with us through this link: Contact TSheets support. If you're using the mobile app, you can follow these simple steps to contact us:

  1. On your Android or iOS, sign in to your TSheets account.
  2. Go to Settings or More, then select Settings.
  3. Tap Help & Support, then choose one of the help options.

If you need more help in completing your other tasks in TSheets, you can check our articles here.

I'll be right here to keep helping if you have any other concerns or additional questions. Stay safe.
