How do I turn off the email notifications I receive every time someone edits a service note?

Hi there @gstefany. We definitely don't want you to have to deal with notifications you don't want! 

As long as you are an admin on the account, you can turn off those notifications with these steps:
 

  1. Open Company Settings in the main navigation. 
  2. Select Time Options.
  3. Select the Time Entry tab.
  4. Uncheck "Email administrators when team members add or edit timesheet notes."

There is a box for group managers as well, which you can uncheck if it hasn't been already. 

Unchecking these will ensure that no one is notified when timesheet notes are edited.

We have three managers who get these notifications.  One of them would like to stop getting them, but the other two of us would like to continue receiving the notifications.  Is there a way to turn it off for just one manager/administrator?

At this time, this option is not available to personalize which moderators receive these notifications.  I can see how this would be useful to designate which individuals receive these, and I’m happy to share this idea with our development team for future changes within the product.  As always, you can always keep an eye on our blog for the newest updates within our Intuit products.

Thank you for your response.  If we remove him as an administrator and just have him set up as a regular employee will it stop the notifications, or is the "moderator" title something different?  I am sorry for my ignorance, we are just beginning to use this product.

Not a problem at all @JustMe08! That's a great question. You can definitely remove that user as an admin and then customize what permissions you want them to have as an employee. As long as you don't need them to have access to Company Settings and other admin capabilities, that's a perfect workaround.
