Error on Mobile App

I have an employee getting Mobile Time Entry permission. I have given him permission for the mobile app under MY TEAM ->Employee -> Permissions. He still gets error. I have deleted him and re-added him, he removed and re-added the app and still get error. HELP????

Currently, we have an on-going issue where customers with TSheets account are unable to use the up and received an error. Rest assured that our engineering team has been informed and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

With this, I'd recommend contacting our dedicated support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. You can do so by clicking the Chat button directly in this article: TSheets by QuickBooks.

 

Additionally, I've got you his helpful reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with TSheets: About TSheets Company Settings.
