I got your back, @sirvin.
You'll want to go to the Approvals menu and view your approved timesheets from there. Let me show you how.
Then to check if the time was approved via the GET or API, go to the Company Settings and select System Log. This shows the history and activity of your account.
If this is not the case, I suggest contacting the GET support team. There, one of their live agents can further assist you on how to view and verify if the timesheet is been approved via API or GET. You can also get in touch with our support team for additional guidance.
Once everything looks good, you might want to check out this article for reference in case you need to approve time off entries for your team: Approve and manage time off entries for team members in QuickBooks Time.
I'm all ears if you have any additional questions about approving time in your QB Time account. Just add them in your response and I'll take care of it for you. Have a good one!
Everything you showed was using the Quickbooks Time website. I need to know how to get that information via your API (https://tsheetsteam.github.io/api_docs/#timesheets). I've already tried contacting support via chat and phone and no one knows what an API is (and apparently the same here).
Hey there, sirvin.
I appreciate your reply, and I'll be sure to direct you to the right path, so you'll be able to see which time-sheets has been approved via API.
I know you've tried to reach out to our support team. However, we have a separate and dedicated forum that handles API called Intuit Developer. It is where you can seek answers to questions about APIs and other application resources.
Check out this link, where you can contact our Intuit Developer support. They can give you some resources to help you with time-sheets: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
Alternatively, you can explore the API resources to find any related content. Just click this link Intuit Developer forums.
Please keep me posted on how it goes. You can count me in if you have other concerns. I'll gladly help. Take care and stay safe!
To clarify, I don't want to approve timesheets via the API, I need to be able to tell which timesheets have already been approved when downloading timesheets via the API.
Also, I already made a post on the developer forum and they directed me to here. See image below.
I get the runaround everywhere I go.
Thank you for following up, sirvin.
Let me share a way to get through right person to assist you with your concern.
If you still have questions or suggestions with the API, I recommend contacting our support team to assist you further.
