getting started

for two weeks i've tried and can not get into a account my boss has linked me. the quickbook invite says there is a problem on their end and tsheets says there is already an account under my email but will not send recovery info to my email or phone.... I'm so super stressed I can't get paid till this is resolved and my company says they have everthing entered on their end

I understand that you need to access your TSheets account. Let me assist you in fixing it.

 

The TSheets Administrator can resend the invitation through email or text message. You'll want to reach out to your company admin and let them perform these steps:

  1. Go to My Team. Click the team member's name to open their details.
  2. Next to Mobile Number or Email, select Send Invite.
  3. From the Please Review window, select Send.

Once you receive the email invite, click the Accept Invitation, and complete the setup. If this behavior continues, please reach out to our TSheets Support Team so they can investigate it.
