Have to login multiple times

Every time I go to the T-Sheets home page to login, I have to login at least twice and get a code. If I then login to QuickBooks it kicks me out of T-Sheets. What do I have to do to not have to have the 6 digit code emailed and only have to go through a single login page for T-Sheets and not 3?

I've been having the same exact issue. Half my team cannot login, despite changing their password.

Having same problem. Since they did the security update it has caused a few issues. Working from the office and keeping track of staff is taking longer as i now have to wait for an email with a code for it to not work and then wait for another code. Is there a way to change this and logon with a pssword and stay logged in?

I got information about the challenges that you all are encountering. 


We have received reports from other users getting the same challenges in which our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.


Once we have an update about this and when the issue is resolved, we will notify this thread. In the meantime, I recommend contacting our TSheets support to add you to the list of affected users.

Since I converted over to Intuit I am having the same issue - but I can't even get in.  

Tried logging in through - User ID, multiple emails, cell phone.  Keep getting pass codes emailed and texted to me and nothing works now.  Keep getting this message.


We couldn't find a TSheets account associated with this User ID or email address.

Try signing in with another User ID or email address, or contact your admin.


I had no problems logging in until the account got moved??

I'm here to help you log in to your Tsheets account.


Before we begin, I'd like to know if you're using the or If you're using the, please make sure that you're selecting the Sign in with Intuit. This is how it looks like:



If you're still getting the same error when logging into Tsheets, I'd suggest performing the browser troubleshooting steps. This is done to fix any unwanted data issues in your browser. 


You can begin by using an incognito browser to see if this is a data-related issue. Here' are the shortcut keys to access it:


  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + N

Then, check if you're still getting the same error message. If not, you can go back the regular browser and clear the cache. An alternative way is to use another supported browser.


However, if you're still not able to log in, I'd highly recommend to contact Tsheets Customer Care Team. They have the tools to verify and help you get to the bottom of this.

I'm having the same issue since being forced to convert out Tsheets logins to Intuit account logins, which happened last week.


I'm being asked several times a day to login to Tsheets.


Previously, login expiration cookie for Tsheets was something like 30 days.


Now, it's annoying and frustrating to have to constantly sign in, submit password, then wait for the email verification code.


We were happy with Tsheets for 10 years.

You definitely shouldn't be logged out multiple times per day, so I'm happy to help work through some solutions. There are a couple of reasons this might be happening.

First, are you using QuickBooks Time alongside QuickBooks or another Intuit product in the same browser? If so, this can cause conflicts, leading to the multiple logouts you're seeing. I'd recommend accessing one of the platforms in a different browser.

In the event you're not using more than one product at once, you'll want to get in touch with our QuickBooks Time care team and reference INV-00191. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research with you.
