If you've been able to view your timesheets before, but they've suddenly disappeared from the Intuit Workforce app, there are a few common reasons why this happens.
Crew settings may be turned off
If this feature is disabled, you won’t be able to view team member timesheets, which may give the impression that they’ve vanished.
To check this:
- In the Workforce app, go to More, then click Settings.
- Select General.
- Make sure Show Admin Crew is turned on.
Viewing the wrong timesheet filter
Another possibility is that you may have the incorrect view selected.
- To access your team members’ timesheets in the Workforce app, select Track Time, then Timesheets.
- Select My timesheets.
- Choose the All timesheets.
If the timesheets are still not showing after checking the above settings, there might be an app issue. A corrupted cache can prevent timesheets from loading properly. Clearing the cache often resolves this matter.
Here's how to clear the app's cache on your iPhone:
- Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
- Click on iPhone Storage and choose the QBO app.
- Tap on Offload App to remove the app and its data temporarily, or tap on Delete App to remove the app and all its data permanently.
For Android:
- Go to the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and select App or Applications.
- Find the QuickBooks app and tap on it.
- Select Storage and then tap on Clear Cache.
