Anyone added into QuickBooks Time can track their hours and as an admin, you can customize permissions per team member. You have the ability to maintain your admin permissions in the account and also track your time.
Depending on your preference, you can enter your time in manually via the web or app, or clock in and out. Here's an article explaining the different ways you can do that: Track and manage time in QuickBooks Time.
