I took a look at your account, and see that your billing for QuickBooks Time looks great. Your next charge is set for August 1st. Since everything looks fine on our end, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the email, along with the email address it was sent from? This way, I can take a look at what's going on.

I was able to locate the account this letter references. It looks like there was a trial account created that is expiring. If you are not using the trial account, there is no action required on your part.

 

If you would like to use this second QuickBooks Time account:

 

  1. Click on Company Settings.
  2. Choose Account and Billing.
  3. Enter your credit card information and follow the prompts.
