I was able to locate the account this letter references. It looks like there was a trial account created that is expiring. If you are not using the trial account, there is no action required on your part.
If you would like to use this second QuickBooks Time account:
Click on Company Settings.
Choose Account and Billing.
Enter your credit card information and follow the prompts.
