Incorrect tsheets Web address showing via the app only
one employees app doesnt work, yet able to sign in via the web portal.
Their one shows a diffeent tsheets web address which i would like to know how to change, so their app works.
they have the same settings as the other members of staff, and it just randomly stopped working. the chat isnt any help, i am unable to phone or text help/support as number isnt supported or reconised and there is no other wayto get help from TSheets.

Since it's been almost a month, I'd recommend contacting the Tsheets Support Team again. They have the tools to help you get to the bottom of this. You may also share with the live support agent if you need to change the email address of the employee that is registered.
