Incorrect tsheets Web address showing via the app only

one employees app doesnt work, yet able to sign in via the web portal. 

Their one shows a diffeent tsheets web address which i would like to know how to change, so their app works. 

they have the same settings as the other members of staff, and it just randomly stopped working. the chat isnt any help, i am unable to phone or text help/support as number isnt supported or reconised and there is no other wayto get help from TSheets.

I'd be glad to help you troubleshoot the Tsheets application on your employee's mobile device.

 

There may be a data-related issue that needs to be refreshed. You can let your employee follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the mobile device, in the upper left, tap the Profile icon.
  2. Tap More and select Settings.
  3. Select Reset app button.
  4. Reset app again when prompted.

 

If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the TSheets mobile app.

 

  • For the Android mobile device:
  1. Go to Settings and select Apps & notifications.
  2. Locate TSheets and tap Uninstall.

 

  • For the iOS mobile device:
  1. Tap and hold the app on the home page until an X appears in the top left.
  2. Tap the X to uninstall the app.


Once done uninstalling the app, reinstall the app by going to either the Google Play store or App store. Search for TSheets and install it. Then, open the Tsheets app and sign in.

Thank you, However, we have tried all of the above and still dosnt work.

It is only on the phone, he isnt able to get any of the customers etc, its like he isnt connected to the company, the only difference we can see is the web address.

The log in, sign in details are part of the company, he has access via the web log in just not via the phone app. (very confusing).

it worked for 9 months or so, and then the app just stopped working and we have been trying to resolve the issue and contact TSheets for over a month.

We have also tried installing on another phone and signing in as this employee, the same thing happens so it must be something with his account via the app.

Since it's been almost a month, I'd recommend contacting the Tsheets Support Team again. They have the tools to help you get to the bottom of this. You may also share with the live support agent if you need to change the email address of the employee that is registered.
