Join nowI've setup different pay rates in Gusto. How can my employees track time for those different rates in QuickBooks time and have it integrate with Gusto?
Hi @DebAlt,
Thanks for visiting us today. You can go to our QuickBooks Apps to connect Gusto with QuickBooks Online.
Or you can also click this link below: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/gusto/en-us/.

Hi Katherine,
Thanks for responding to my question.
I've already connected QuickBooks Time to Gusto, and have added the different hourly rates in Gusto. How do I track two different rates in QB Time so they will export to Gusto?
Which connector app do you have?
Hey there, @DebAlt.
I'm happy to clarify a bit here!
So, unfortunately, the Gusto integration is pretty basic, so we can only export time in the following buckets:
The mapping for these codes is automatic, there's no way to manually set it up. So, regular time in QuickBooks Time will be regular time in Gusto,
Anything flagged as overtime or double time in QuickBooks Time will be overtime/doubletime in Gusto,
Sick time will go to sick, and vacation and any other PTO codes in QuickBooks Time will automatically go to Vacation in Gusto.
I'm linking this article you may find helpful as well: QuickBooks Time and Gusto integration FAQs.
I hope this is helpful. Please know I'm here for any other questions you may have! Take care.
