Invitation to employee to use TSheets

I have an employee who has been sent the invitation to use Tsheets and the information (email etc.) that is sent to her is incorrect, so she is unable to login.   What should I do?

In order to make sure I’m addressing the right situation, can you give me a screenshot of the invitation and highlight the incorrect information, please?

I’ll keep an eye out for your response so we can get this resolved quickly.

Hello Quickbooks team,

 

Before i updated the app to intuit, I would go to "my team" to see the members there and invite new employees. For now am not able too as it keeps asking me for verification and even when i request for a code to support the verification. This has never come through on my email. Please support.

From what you've shared, it sounds like you are experiencing a situation we are currently investigating where the team member is constantly being prompted for a security verification code.

 

You'll want to reach out to Support to be added to the list of affected users, so we can provide updates as they are rolled out. Please be sure to reference INV-00138.
