You can set up Notifications to remind users to get clocked in/out either on the Individual Level within My Team -or- Company-Wide within Company Settings.
Though there is no notification for Admins/Managers to receive a notification when someone clocks in/out there are notifications for when they forget to clock in/out if you are using the Schedule.
You can also view the Who's Working Window to see how long a user has been on the clock and what they are working on.
