Just signed up for TSheets and I am unable to login

Once you sign up how to get logged in?  I have tried just about everything other than canceling my free trial and resetting up.

Hello @Alice20, thank you for coming to the Community! I'm happy to help you get logged into your account. 

 

What error are you getting when you try to login? First, try going to tsheets.com and putting in your login information there. If you try to log in and get an incorrect password/username error, let's have you go to accounts.intuit.com. That is the main login hub for all Intuit products. You can also reset your password there as well. 

 

Please let me know here on this post if you're able to get in or if you need additional help. We're all eager to get you in there and managing your company!
