Hi, Have any changes been made recently to the software? I have 3 employees that have not been able to login. When I look at their info it says the invite has not been sent, but they have been using tsheets for over a year.
It's possible that your employee changed their email address you entered when you first invited them. That's why you can see that the status indicates that the invitation has not been sent. You can update the employee''s email and let them use it when logging in to TSheets. If the same thing happens, you can delete and recreate their profile.
