Lost Tsheet Time Tracking Data

My times were not summarizing into Tsheet reports. I looked back at the history log and noticed my times were not syncing with tsheets for multiple weeks. I could see my time entries on my phone but they were not summarizing whenever I ran reports from my computer. I updated the app on my phone but once I did that I lost all of the time data for the past 3 weeks. My times summarize now but all of that data from the previous 3 weeks is gone. I can't find it on the mobile app or when I try and log in through the computer. Is there any way to retrieve this?

Updating your QuickBooks Time mobile app shouldn't cause you to lose data. Since you're noticing missing data after performing an update, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary. They can also guide you through sending in device logs to help show what occurred.
