Manage Client - Go to client account

Hello CCSteel,

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. The website shouldn't be redirecting you to sign in. I believe this could be a browser issue. Here is how to test this:

Solution 1: Try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not be able to store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues.

  1. Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once doing this, go back to Manage Client and see if you are redirected. If not, this would reveal that you need to clear your cache.

Solution 2: Clear cache. Overtime collection of data from frequent pages visits can cause corruption of data. Clearing cache will remove those corruptions, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on the browser you have, follow this link to clear those cache.

Please let me know if this rectified the problem!  I will be here to assist further! I hope you are having a productive day!

Manage Client - Go to client account

Thank you for providing this information.  I believe that it may have been a browser issue; I was using Google Chrome.  I logged in using Microsoft edge and I was able to go to the client's account and view data.   Going forward, I will log in using private browser, and I appreciate these suggestions to address the issue.
