To clarify, are you trying to send an invite to an employee from a new account? If so, please keep in mind that the employee would use the same log-in credentials to access the new account. However, if you're experiencing some issues with the invite, such as the employee isn't receiving access, is the employee getting an error message?
In the case that your employee is getting an error, could you provide the error along with a screenshot? This way, Ix can investigate a little further to help you along the way.
