What is the best way to set up the T Sheets so that the employees get payed per class taught?

Good morning, @riniguez25! Thanks for coming to the Community with your question. Let me shed some light on tracking time and jobs in TSheets.

 

Since TSheets tracks time, every timesheet you enter is in relation to time spent at the job, not a rate. You can enter in time for that class manually, and make that timesheet for one hour to represent one class taught. You can also use Custom fields to put in more information on the timesheet, like the rate, teacher, etc. Here are some articles to help:

 

 

I'll also submit this as a request to our developers. I can see how much easier it would be to set up a pay rate per class and not have to track time. We appreciate your feedback and don't hesitate to reply to this post with any questions you have!
