When I try to sync QBO and TSheets, I get the following error message:
Unable to establish connection to QuickBooks Online
The selected QuickBooks Online company does not match our records. Please try again.
Support wasn't able to help me figure it out. I use the same login for both QBO and TSheets. Have you had this problem? How did you fix it?
Hi there, @hforsman.
I can help you do a troubleshooting method to see if this is a data-related issue.
I'd like to know first if you're trying to connect Tsheets from your QuickBooks Online company in the Apps menu. If not, you'll need to try accessing Tsheets from there.
If it's still giving an error, you may consider logging into the Tsheets website and launch QuickBooks from there. Then, select the Sign in with Intuit button. After that, click on QB Payroll located on the header and click Import to sync the data. Once done, select the Launch QuickBooks to check if it has synced successfully. This is how it looks like:
Finally, if it is still showing the same issue. I'd recommend using an incognito browser when syncing the information of Tsheets and QuickBooks. This is done to avoid saving the data accumulated in your browser. If you're not getting the same issue, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can use another supported browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:

I can launch TSheets from QuickBooks, but I’m not able to launch QuickBooks from TSheets. TSheets won’t allow me to link my QuickBooks account in the QBO app. When I try to link QBO in TSheets, I get the error message that’s in my original post.
I’ve tried clearing the cache and I’ve tried using a different computer. Still nothing.
Thanks for getting back to us, @hforsman.

Hello - I have the trial versions of TSheets Elite and Quickbooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Payroll Core. I've setup a test company in both apps and am trying to synch them. When selecting my test company, I get the same connection error shown in this thread "Unable to establish connection to QuickBooks Online".
I've followed the guidance in this thread regarding logins and browser windows. Unfortunately I continue to get the same error. Please advise whether this issue is still unsolved by the technical team or if there's something wrong with my account setups.
The investigation status of this issue is still in progress, boylessix.
