QBO, T-sheets billable hours format on invoices

Hi,

After I've created an invoice and added billable hours to it a strange thing happens with some employees billable hours. The invoice is creates, billable hours added, all hours appear in the invoice on the same fomat,(1.5 , 2.25  etc). I save it, and if I view it again everything looks standard. But, if I then choose the print option it changes one specific employee's billable hours to a different format (1:30 hours, 2:15). My guess is has something to do with the way the employee's time is recorded in T-sheets, but I'm new to T-sheets and can't quite figure out. How do I fix this so that the billable hours appear homogeneous for each line item? Thank you!

QBO, T-sheets billable hours format on invoices

Hello there, VNYE.

This is just how QuickBooks Online works when printing hours-related transactions. The program follows the hour format 00:00 when printing the transactions. With that said, we don't have that option to change it.

Meanwhile, you might find more answers related to this concern in the Intuit Developer page. They might have workaround on built-in functions such as this one.

  1. Go to this link and log in to your Intuit account: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?.
