How do we change the master admin in Tsheets? Neither the master admin nor any of the other administrators seem to have control over this.
I can share tips to help you change the master admin of the Tsheets account, @smmoon.
If you have access to the current master's admin info, you can use it to change the master admin role. You can also ask him/her to change it for you. If the account is integrated with QuickBooks Online Payroll, you'll need to sign in as the current master admin.
If you no longer have contact with the current master admin, I suggest reaching out to our Tsheets support team to help you change the Master Admin. Let me walk you through the steps:

We don't want to change the QB master admin, we would like to change the Tsheets master admin.The employee tried several times before she left to change the Tsheets master admin but it kept telling her to change it through QB which she was unable to do as she wasn't the QB Master Admin. I've tried the chat function on Tsheets but that just brings me back to the forum, so I'm posting another question as you suggested earlier.

From what you've shared, it sounds like you are experiencing a situation we are currently investigating where the Master admin of the QuickBooks Time account needs to change to another team member.
You'll want to reach out to Support to get help transfer the Admin for QuickBooks Time to the one matching in QBO and be sure to reference INV-00150.

Were you able to change the master admin in Tsheets? I am having the same issue and have spoken to QB help and they were not able to help me. They told me to contact another tech support and sent me a link that did not work. I use QB desktop Enterprise so it's not easy to get master admin rights. I only need it for tsheets to process payroll.

Like my colleague mentioned above, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-00150) with this problem. That means that other QuickBooks Time users are experiencing this as well. However, our Product Engineers are working hard to fix it as soon as possible.
The best route to take at this moment is trying to get in touch with QB Time support. They'll be able to add you to a list of affected users so that you can receive updates via email.
