Our employees who have Android phones have the error message that states "cannot connect to server"
Thanks for checking in with the Community for help getting your employees connected. Having the app work quickly is definitely a priority and I’d like to help.
You mention all of your team using Android devices are getting this error. Are they all using the same type of device? Are they all on the same network?
There are a couple of things I’d like to check.
Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > All Apps > tap QuickBooks Time > Battery > Optimize Battery usage > tap Not Optimized > All Apps > scroll down and tap QuickBooks Time to Don't Optimize.
Once these are checked, if they are still receiving an error and can’t log in, they will need to reach out to our QuickBooks Time support team for assistance.
