I'm trying to transfer time from TSheets to QB Desktop and it isn't working. I've been using it for several years so I know it has worked in the past. I keep getting error QBWC1013 when I try to run the QB Web Connector.

My recommendation is to pull up the task manager and end all sessions, and then restart your computer and see if that works.
If that doesn't help you will need to reach out to QuickBooks since that error message means there is an issue with the QuickBooks Company file and we, unfortunately, don't have anyway on the TSheets side to see what exactly is going on.
