Survey pop up

Every time I log into QB Time, it tells me that you value my opinion. Great. Probably not enough to take the survey more than once. Is there a setting to turn off popups?

The survey does not apply to me - at all. It's about having started a trial of QB Time. We've been using TSheets/Time for more than a year. I closed it several times. It pops up when I log in. I took the survey. It continues to pop up.

Please help!

Hi there @MaggieWimberly. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! This certainly does not sound like the intended behavior for that survey. While there is not a setting to turn it off, I've notified our team so that they can investigate further.
