Hello, one of our employees has been clocking in on his phone with the TSheets app but it is not showing up in TSheets when I pull a hours report. It is only on his phone. How do we fix this?

If the Mobile Time Entry is already enabled, have your employee update their TSheets app on their mobile. You can share this article with them for further guidance: Get the latest version of TSheets.
Your employee can also set their mobile device to auto-update the TSheets app.
