A couple of weeks ago one of my senior supervisors was unable to log in. T-sheets asked for his password which he did not know. We re-set the password and he was back up and running.
Now T-sheets continues to tell him to set up a new company account and he is wasting time with T-sheets every time he tries to move from one job to another.
I contacted T-Sheets for assistance but, of course, got a Bot. QuickBooks does everything possible to avoid assisting paying customers.

We want to ensure that everyone has a smooth login process. I reviewed your account from my side and was able to see that everyone in "My Team" looks connected correctly.
However, before I start digging further, can you please provide me with the error and a screenshot? This will allow me to determine the best solution for you business and this situation.
