T-Sheets - duplicate employee files/names

Hi there, @Critical1.

Being able to merge or combine data for two names in TSheets is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you may look for a third party application that can help you with the process.

But if you're merging employees from TSheets and QuickBooks Online, you can open this article as your guide: TSheets + QuickBooks Online integration: Fix employee name mismatches.

I also recommend opening this link for additional about TSheets And QuickBooks Online.
