Team Member Password Reset

I have a team member who seems not to be receiving the intuit emails when trying to reset his password. Currently he is locked out of his account, and I do not see a way to help as an employer. I have confirmed he has the correct email address on his profile.

Hello @PrecisionFoam, thank you for reaching out to us here at The Community, my name is Sherissa and I am more than happy to assist you today.


I would first have your team members check the junk/spam folders to see if the emails for password rest accidentally ended up there.


If they did end up in there have them mark it back into the inbox so that they don't continue to go into the junk/spam folder. Then you will want to resend the password reset again.


Try that and let us know how it goes, if it doesn't work we can continue to troubleshoot!

I am having a similar issue .... not receiving emails nor code to the phone number attached.  It is not in spam.
