It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I appreciate you coming here with your question about an increase in fees for your QuickBooks Time account.
When reviewing your account, I do see that QuickBooks sent out an email to the admin of the account. Sometimes the email can get stuck in spam so I recommend checking there.
The email is approximately sent out thirty days before the price increase happens.
