Trouble with Quickbooks Time conversion from Tsheets

Hi,with the conversion to QB Time, everything was working fine until this past week. I run payroll on Saturdays so started prepping last night and notice in QB Time, I went to do approvals and there is a huge list with all of our subcontractors listed (we are remodeling company). We only have 8 employees so these was very annoying. Then I noticed that the team members were no longer assigned to any customers or job codes. This is going to be a huge annoyance. Has anyone had the same issue and is there any way to get this back the way they were. I don't know why the Subs are showing up on the list and there is no where to  archive or make them inactive in QB Time that i can see. No support over the weekend which is also annoying because Quickbooks and TSheets have always had awesome support, I hope this is going to change in the future.

Maybe someone from QB Time will see this soon. Please help if you can?

Trouble with Quickbooks Time conversion from Tsheets

Hello @lmk_ski

The payroll bundle integration is working as designed. I do understand that can make for a lengthy list.

There are some options available to you:

  1. Mark the vendor(s) as inactive in QuickBooks, which will archive them in TSheets.
  2. In QuickBooks, navigate to Expenses > Vendors > (locate Vendor) > uncheck "track payments for 1099." This will archive the vendor in TSheets as it will no longer be treated in QuickBooks as a 1099 Contractor.
  3. In My Team, you can filter out Vendors if you prefer not to have to scroll past them. (You can filter by Employees, QBO Users, or by TSheets permission level as well).

As far as the missing customer job codes, that is not expected behavior. I will report this to our investigations team. Keep an eye out for an update to this thread. I’ll keep you posted.

In the meantime, let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m here to help!

Ok, thank you for the suggestions. There are different challenges that come up when altering my vendors in QBO, but the filtering is the best option. I was on with support these morning and no one mentioned that one and I didn't think of it.

Thank you for reporting the issue of the customer and job codes not being assigned to the employees as they were before the conversion. I'm working on getting them set up again, it's just a bit of a pain.

Thanks!
