Tsheets glitch

hey guys, 

I have been logging on with the admin account and one day the chat button couldn't work anymore, i then cleared all my browsing data and cookies, and tried logging in with the same account, then it doesn't let me log in. I reset the password and tried again and it tells me that the trial has ended, but i have already been paying for tsheets subscription for a year now. Please tell me what's going on. Not happy.

Hello @jwardhana, the chat function on our main website tsheets.com isn't working for you? (it is in the bottom right corner of the screen)

 

I have not heard of any current issues with the Chat feature, can you make sure that both your Web Browser is up to date (-or- switching to using Chome, if you are not already) & that your pop-up blocked are disabled? Those are the top 2 reasons why the Chat option won't open up after clearing cache and cookies.

 

For the safety & security of your Company information, we cannot discuss your account via The Community outlet.

 

I will continue to troubleshoot with you with the information I have, and if we cannot solve the issue between us here, then I will let you know that it is time to reach back out to our Customer Support Team.

 

I am very hopeful that updating your Web Browser/switching to Chrome and/or making sure the pop-up ad-blocker is disabled will resolve the issue!

 

Test it out and let me know how it goes.

I am so sorry you are going through this issue, you will want to make sure that you are using the correct TSheets URL (website) for your TSheets Account to get you logged in.

 

For example; MyCompany.tsheets.com

 

If you are unsure of your TSheets URL, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support Team and they can assist you with getting logged back into your account!

 

For safety and privacy reasons we won't discuss your TSheets Account information on the Community boards.

 

Our Customer Service Team is available 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) 7 am - 7 pm MT - 888-836-2720, you can also chat with them through tsheets.com in the bottom right corner.

Hi Sherissa, 

The problem is the chat button doesn't work, I've gone through the troubleshooting and even called customer service and no one is able to solve the problem. I even posted a support message 2 weeks ago and no help at all! I need someone to look into this please.

Tsheets glitch

I manually entered a shift into qbTime on Feb 13 for a shift on the 10th including a note. It showed up properly on the payroll report. Today when I was trying to track some shifts It was not included with the entries for the 10th. I found the entry on Janurary 10 complete with my note. I checked the log and it showed that it had been entered on the 13th of Feb which is the correct date of my entry. I know I didnt make a mistake because it showed up properly for payroll. I shut down the program and reopened it and the entry was on the correct date Feb 10. So it fixed itself. I use the program quite a bit recording info from QB time into spreadsheets and track jobs on a large white board so it is very problematic when the info I am getting is incorrect. The program created the entry in the wrong date and then fixed it. I cant be shutting down and opening the program all day. How do I know what is the correct data and whick is in error

We’ll have to access your company and review the time entries to determine the root cause. Since the security of your account always comes first, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Time Care Team.


They'll be able to further investigate why the shift entered into the program was not included on the entries for the 10th. Once the permanent fix is available, our specialists will guide you on how to apply it so you’ll no longer have to close and reopen the program.
