We had an issue exporting time from Tsheets due to the fact that two of us log into QuickBooks and Tsheets using our nicknames, yet we are set up as Employees in QuickBooks with our legal names. After a 3 hour phone call with Tsheets support, one of the people's duplicates was removed but the other is not. Tsheets is showing we have 11 employees yet QuickBooks only has 10 employees. Is there a way to delete the incorrect 11th employee fro Tsheets? That person does not exist anywhere in QuickBooks, even Tsheets support person could not find it. Hoping someone here will have an answer before I wait on hold again for over almost an hour and a half. :)

This isn't the experience I want for you. The good news is, I know what is going on here. Unfortunately, fixing the issue will require you to call TSheets Support once more, but I can guide you on how to get to the bottom of this with the agent.

@Jessica_young - I may be having the same issue. Let me detail it out and see if your suggestion would also address my issue.
I am listed as a user in QBO, and as an employee. My QBO user account uses my business email address, and my employee profile contains my personal email address. When QBO did the initial sync with TSheets it created two listings for me under "My Team". One of the listings is from me being a user in QBO and the other is a listing for me being an employee in QBO. Obviously, I do not need to track myself in TSheets as a QBO user, only as an employee. Is this the same solution in my case?

There would be a need for us to collate the names of the employees that were duplicated. Since the Community space is a public forum, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and this INV number: INV-00061.
Once updates are available, you'd be notified through an email. Also, it will be applied directly to your account.

I'm having the same issue - I need to force delete an employee who is a Duplicate from Quickbooks.
There is no way to force sync/force delete to match Quickbooks.
How can I delete this duplicate out of my Tsheets instance?

Deleting employees can only be done from QuickBooks. If you want to delete those duplicate employees directly from your Tsheets, you can ask for help from our Tsheets support team. This way, they can check on your account in a secure environment and help you delete employees from their tools. Also, since you encounter the same issue about the duplicate employees, they'll add your company to the list of affected users so you can receive an email update to the resolution status.

I tried reaching out to support, but the wait is over 45 min. I already spent over 3 hours last week on the line trying to get this resolved. Is there an e ail address that I can send the information to?

Unfortunately, Intuit doesn't have email Support. You'll need to contact TSheets to create this Tier II case via the methods outlined in this thread.
