tsheets Ip address

I want to add a IP address in whitelist so anyone from that IP address don't need to authorize his computer.

Hi there, @Laiba Sheikh.

 

Authorized an individual computer in your accounts can be done in just a few clicks. I'm happy to walk you through how to do that. 

 

Please note that only account administrators and team members granted the Manage Authorizations permission can restrict computers. To know about permission, check out this article: Team member settings and permissions in TSheets.

 

Here's how to authorized: 

 

  1. Pick Company Settings Team Member on the computer you want to authorizethen choose Access Restrictions. 
  2. Select Authorize Individual Computers (by cookie), then hit Save.
  3. Go to Feature Add-ons, then choose Authorizations.
  4. Type the name, and select Authorize This Computer.

 

You can also add an IP address for all of your members in just one set up. Let me guide you how: 

 

  1. From your computer, choose Company Settings, then Team Member
  2. Select Access Restrictions
  3. Choose Authorize Locations (by IP address) and hit Save.
  4. Pick Feature Add-ons and tap Authorizations. 
  5. Elect to Authorize a new location (IP address). 
  6. Enter the IP address and other required details. 
  7. Tap Save
