Last week Sheena with from TSheets helped me integrate/link tsheets to our quickbooks, however, when we linked them all of our quickbooks information was integrated into tsheets. Our employees could see our billing rates when they clocked in on their phones. I deleted that account and I have completely started over. Does anyone know if there is a way to limit the information allowed to integrate/link from our quickbooks to tsheets?
You can edit (restrict) the jobs (customers) that workers can see for location and you can also do the same with your Ssrvice items. Your solution is to change your service codes to be a zero charge or to add new service charges in QB that are a zero charge.
By using a zero charge item your workers will not see what you charge. After syncing the TSheets time to QB you can edit each employee time card to change zazero cost item to one with a cost or edit the cost (all of this necessary ONLY if you are using billable services and passing through your labor costs to customers)
