TSheets - Resetting Password

Can someone help on how I can reset a Team Members Password??  Used to be able to do this easily before Intuit took over.... now it seems a lot of hassle!!
Can't get hold of anyone to help and the reset email never seems to arrive!

A little frustrated if anyone can help.... thanks

TSheets - Resetting Password

Good morning, @ClareH2020.

Your employee will simply go to accounts.intuit.com, and sign in using their email or username. Here, they can update their password and security information so they can get logged in. 

 

Please let me know if you have additional questions on getting your employee logged in, I'm here to help.

I’m sorry to hear that accounts.intuit.com isn’t working for you. To clarify, are you trying to reset your password? Are you getting a specific error message? Any details you can give would really be beneficial to getting you logged in and ready to go.

TSheets - Resetting Password

I was able to reset password for one employee but now I have an employee who is getting error message that his device is not compatible with TSheets.  is there a work around?

Great question, @Debi56.

 

Unfortunately this message is correct. If the device is incompatible, they'll be unable to use the app.

However, I do have a workaround! They can clock in using the web browser on the phone.  Here's how:

  1. Have your employee using their device go to Intuit.com.
  2. Click sign in on the top right.
  3. Select QuickBooks Time from the Small business products menu.
  4. Sign in to QuickBooks Time using their normal login credentials, and clock in like normal!
