Tsheets unasigned team member but still charged for the license

I removed one team member but i'm still charged for his license.  How can we unasign licenses so i'm not charged for nothing.

I want to make sure you're only paying for the service you need. We’ll have to review the settings of your TSheet account to determine why you’re charged for the team member. Since we need to collate sensitive information to pull up an account, I recommend contacting our support team.
