Following steps for TSheets integration with quickbooks desktop for windows and "Select Enter Time > Activate TSheets" is not an available option.  What do I do now?

The following scenarios can cause the issue you’re currently experiencing:

  • You’re in a multi-user mode in QuickBooks (You can Switch to single user mode through File>Switch to Single user mode.)
  • Not logged in as the administrator (You sign out and logged back in as Administrator).
  • QuickBooks Desktop version is outdated (Updated QuickBooks to its latest release version).

Also, you check if TSheets is added to list of applications you can access with. Just go to Preferences, click Integration Applications>Company Preferences.
