Turn off 2 factor authentication

How do I turn off 2 factor authentication?  Having to do it every time I log in is getting very old.  I am considering finding another timesheet app now.

Turn off 2 factor authentication

Hello there, @laeppard.

I appreciate all your efforts in trying to turn off the two-step verification option and its result.

I want to ensure you’ll get the best support available and updates about this issue. Currently, we have an ongoing issue wherein customers are unable to turn off the two-factor authentication on the timesheet app. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior and now investigating to get this resolved as soon as possible.

To be notified about the latest status of this matter, I recommend contacting Tsheets Support Team. They can add your company from the list of affected users and give you details once updates are available. Just provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-00138.

For the complete details and options on how to reach them, you can refer to this article: Contact TSheets support.

Also, I've attached some articles that you can use in turning off the verification code in QuickBooks:

Turn off 2 factor authentication

I would like to add our company as another that cannot turn off 2 factor. We have only 1 person who uses Quickbooks online and they cannot use it when the owner is out of the office.

What do I need to do to get added to the list of companies with this problem and looking for resolution?
