Hi there, Drew38, Thanks for reaching out. Let me clarify how you can enable editing for time entries after they’ve been unlocked and synced to QuickBooks Online (QBO).


After unlocking the time entries, you’ll need to mark the entries as unapproved to allow employees to edit them. QBO keeps approved entries locked to ensure the accuracy of records, but unapproving them will enable changes to be made.

Once the entries are unapproved, you’ll need to sync them again to QBO so that your employees will be able to edit them as needed. Please note that after the changes are made, it's important to approve the entries again to lock them for record-keeping purposes.
