Is there a way I can control the way tsheets website conducts dual verification (i.e. email, text, captcha)?

There's an ongoing issue about 2 Auth factor or log in issues with Tsheets. Our engineers are aware and are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our TSheets support so you'll be added to the affected list of users.
